    • If you are faxing an offer from a Buyer for review:
  • Fax the offer and all supporting documents at least 1/2 hour before you call.
  • Include all addendums (if any).
  • Include Buyer pre-qualification/pre-approval letter (if any).
  • Include a copy of your MLS listing (or property flyer) showing the property description and current list price
    • Be honest and complete in your description of the facts
  • Allow enough time for you to tell Mr. DiPaola the complete facts.
  • Don't omit facts -- even those adverse to you.
    • Be Practical - Purchase enough time for Mr. DiPaola to properly answer your questions.
  • Reviewing a Buyer's offer (review of documents and call time) usually takes more than 30 minutes.
  • Issues that require several calls or follow-up usually take more than 30 Minutes.
    • Read the Agreement - it governs your rights and obligations to use the FSBO Hotline and Mr. DiPaola's services.
