OUR GUARANTY
We are confident that you will be pleased with both the professionalism and savings that you will experience using NCaHome's 1Listing Program. We believe that the value provided by our services and dedication to your needs can not be matched in the industry.
While our goal is to save you money, we understand that "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO) is not for everyone. After thinking that you could sell your house yourself, you may decide that it is taking up too much of your time and energy. If that happens, we hope that you will consider our $2999 Fixed-Fee Full-Service Seller Representation--which will still save you significant listing commission monies.
However, if at any time:
1. You feel that our flat fee services are not working for you, and you want to engage a new agent and pay that agent a traditional commission (usually 2.5-3% per side);
2. You want to list your property with your new listing agent, but the term of your 1Listing Agreement has not yet expired,
Then NCaHome will nevertheless cancel your 1Listing Agreement upon written notice, as specified in the terms of the agreement.
Moreover, upon the occurrance of all of the following events: (i) Acceptance of our referral and its terms by your new agent;
(ii) The successful sale of your home; and
(iii) Payment of a listing commission to the new agent,
Then you will also receive a credit of the $299.00 MLS listing fee from your new agent at the close of your escrow.
