INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADDING PHOTOS TO YOUR LISTING
You can add up to 9-12 photos (depending on which MLS is involved) to your listing at no additional charge, provided that you follow these rules:
1. Your photos must be in .jpg format.
2. Your photos must be 640 pixels (width) x 480 pixels (height), or else 480 pixels (width) x 640 pixels (height). It's better to have the width be the larger dimension.
3. Your photos must be numbered sequentially in the order that you want them to appear, and named as follows (using the street number and street name from your address):
123YourStreet-1
123YourStreet-2
123YourStreet-3
etc.
4. The first/main picture should be a full frontal exterior shot of the home, preferably on a sunny day with no cars parked in front or signs in the yard.
5. Please, no bathroom pictures (unless it's magazine-beautiful).
6. Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number with your photo(s).
7. A minimum of one exterior photo is required.
