Step 1: Complete the MLS Listing Entry Form: CLICK HERE to complete the MLS Listing Entry Form (Scroll Down This Page), so that we may prepare your MLS listing. Your entries should
be as complete and accurate as possibe. Alternatively, you can call us at (707) 693-0100 and we'll take the listing information by phone.
[Note: After you submit the MLS Listing Entry Form, NCaHome will prepare and fax the listing contract documents to you at the fax number which you provide.
Your listing is not accepted by NCaHome until CAR Form RLAN and NCaHome's other listing contract documents are signed by both parties and payment is received.]
Step 2: Submitting Photos: CLICK HERE to submit your listing photos. You will be directed to a page where you will get instructions on how to submit photos to your MLS Listing (at no additional charge). At leaset one exterior photo is required.
Step 3: Payment: CLICK HERE to be directed to Paypal, a
secure online credit card payment service subsidiary of eBay) . If you order only the flat
fee MLS Listing, your total Paypal payment will be $199. If you decide to order Options, please add them to your total.
If you decide to also order the flat fee Seller Representation Service for $2999 (an optional add-on feature),
you do NOT pay for that additional service through Paypal. Instead, your $2999 payment for that additional service occurs only at the
successful close of escrow for the sale of your home.
