Step 2: Submitting Photos:
CLICK HERE to submit your listing photos. You will be directed to a page where you will get instructions on how to submit photos to your MLS Listing (at no additional charge). At leaset one exterior photo is required.

Step 3: Payment:
CLICK HERE to be directed to Paypal, a secure online credit card payment service subsidiary of eBay) . If you order only the flat fee MLS Listing, your total Paypal payment will be $199. If you decide to order Options, please add them to your total.

If you decide to also order the flat fee Seller Representation Service for $2999 (an optional add-on feature), you do NOT pay for that additional service through Paypal. Instead, your $2999 payment for that additional service occurs only at the successful close of escrow for the sale of your home.
