Step 1: Complete the MLS Listing Entry Form: CLICK HERE to complete the MLS Listing Entry Form (or scroll down this page), so that we may prepare your MLS listing. Your entries should
be as complete and accurate as possibe. Alternatively, you can call us at (707) 693-0100 and we'll take the listing information by phone. After you submit the MLS Listing Entry Form, NCA Home will prepare and fax/email the listing contract documents to you.
Your listing will be entered in the MLS after CAR Form RLAN and NCA Home's listing contract documents are signed by both parties and payment is received.
Step 2: Submit Photos of Your Home for the MLS: CLICK HERE to submit your listing photos. You will be directed to a page where you will get instructions on how to submit photos to your MLS Listing (at no additional charge). At leaset one exterior photo is required.
Step 3: Pay For Your MLS Listing: CLICK HERE to be directed to Paypal, a
secure online credit card payment service subsidiary of eBay) . If you order only the flat
fee MLS Listing, your total Paypal payment will be $199. If you decide to order Options, please add them to your total.
If you decide to also order Option 2, the flat fee Seller Representation Service ( $2999 fixed listing commission for homes sold at or below $400,000, or $3999 for homes sold above $400,000),
you do NOT pay for Option 2 through Paypal. Instead, your Option 2 payment occurs only at the
successful close of escrow for the sale of your home.
